Perfect Six Pack Abs: The How and Why

Having perfect six pack abs has been the goal of many people for years. Think Johnny Weissmuller back in the 20′s and 30′s. Countless Women and Men have strived to do it. Many have failed. But that doesn’t make them a failure and I will explain why. Maybe if your endevours sound similar to this then you can relate.

Having the wish to get the perfect six pack abs is a great goal but after a few months of sweat and toil you discover that there hasn’t been a great improvement in the abs area. You have stuck to the diet that you found on the internet and you have spent countless hours in the gym lifting and curling etc all to no avail so you stop the regime due to feeling despondent.

You may have failed to get a six pack but you are not a failure because you had a crack and gave it your best. See the difference between failing and being a failure. A failure gives up without a whimper. Now we will talk about why you failed in your quest to get the perfect six pack abs.

There are many factors as to why you never got the results. One of the most common but rarely spoken about is genetics. Put simply, you might not have the genetic make up to get those ripped abs. There is nothing you can do about that aspect at all. Accept it and move forward.

Diet could be another reason. Just because some famous actress acheived her goal on a specific diet doesn’t mean we all will. Once again, we are all different and what works for one will not necessarily work for others. Our bodies treat foods differently to a certain degree so the low carb diet you found on the internet could be useless to you. Maybe you did not do your homework on Foods To Avoid For Abs

The last point I want to touch in is the facts. Please do your due diligence when searching for the answers to getting your six pack. Read as much as you can and even watch videos for a six pack. If you were ill would you go to a person who quit during their 3rd year of medicine? Of course not. They are a failure. You want to go to a professional for advice. Someone who has the runs on the board. Someone who has trained NHL, NFL and NBA stars as well as Navy Seals.

Obviously a person such as this has the knowledge and the credibility to only give the right advice. Let’s face it, it is your body and health we are talking about here. Together with your die hard attitude and a mentors guidance you just might get those perfect six pack abs you have been dreaming of.

Summing up we have learnt the difference between failing and being a failure. Failing is fine as long as you get back up and have another crack. A failure gives up on his dream of a six pack. We also learnt that genetics and the make up of your body plays a huge part in your success. This is a fact we have to accept.
