It can combine a gaggle of products using the roomy six quart bowl, and it can combine a sufficient quantity of those products to make eight loaves of bread, thirteen dozen cookies or eight pounds of mashed potatoes.

Several capacities of bowls can be used with this mixer as well. In addition to a six quart bowl a three or five quart bowl can be used with the mixer along with a few other capacities of bowls.
